Philosophy on Musical Education

I believe that the role of a music educator, such as myself, is to aid in the cultivation of a student body. A student body equipped to contribute to society while being armed with empathy, passion, and perseverance. These noncognitive elements should weigh equally when considering the character of a balanced society. It is my vision to see students working towards success as contributors in a society built for tomorrow through musical achievement. - Erik Stone
